Ramstar Mills maintains a complete in-house art department and screen printing facility. All of the merchandise in our catalog can be printed.

HydroWick Garments:

All HydroWick by AmeriTees™ garments can be imprinted. Available print colors depend on shirt color. For more information, call or email us. All orders are subject to artwork approval.

Cotton Garments:

All white and light colored garments can be imprinted in up to eight colors. Black and dark colored garments can be imprinted in up to six colors. Four color process is also available on lights and darks. All orders are subject to artwork approval.

Our art department can reproduce your logo or design, or we can create one especially for you. We have a wide variety of type styles and we can match PMS Pantone colors at no additional charge.

Orders requiring screenprinting must be in writing. Minimum order for screenprinting is 72 pieces per design. Like merchandise can be mixed to achieve the minimum if the artwork and placement are the same. Imprinting prices are per side and need to be added to the cost of the blank garments plus screen charges to obtain your total cost. Nominal over or under runs can be expected, but will be kept to a minimum.

All first time screen-print orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Submitted artwork preferred on Macintosh platform in native Adobe Illustrator or as an EPS file. Photoshop files also accepted. CorelDraw is not supported.

If artwork cannot be supplied, it will be billed at $35.00 per hour, quoted upon request. Artwork can be submitted via email to art@ramstar.com, ZIP 100 disks or CDs.

We carry a variety of stock designs that might be right for you. Our art department can create artwork for family reunions, bar or bat mitzvahs, church functions, schools, dance studios, etc.
